SHOWTIME EVENT PLANNING LLC (SEP LLC) is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Showtime Event Planning. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Showtime Event Planning control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. There is no refund or exchange on tickets. We also will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket or for a ticket claimed to be "not delivered. Certain venues (nightclubs, lounges and bars)have 18+ / those that serve alcohol have 21 and over policy and require valid government issued ID for verification. Valid ID is a legal document that has your current picture, clearly states your date of birth and was issued by the government (Driver's License, passport, green card). It is your responsibility to bring and present proper ID. No refunds will be given if you are under required age limit and if you fail to bring valid ID. In addition, events at such venues might start later than the advertised show time. Please take than into consideration. SEP LLC is not responsible for the accuracy printed or advertised by the "Event Providers". Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Showtime Event Planning and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests. Customer Inquiries: All customer support is handled by the Showtime Event Planning online message system except those events using the PayPal checkout, in which case all customer support and refunds are handled by the producer of the event. Please contact customer support by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event. Will Call: Tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your "e-ticket" receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the event is postponed, you must contact Showtime Event Planning within five days following the originally scheduled date via inquiry using our online message system in order to request a refund for the face value of the ticket(s); failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. Shipping: The shipping fee is nonrefundable. Orders with Express shipping cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and require a signature upon delivery. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. International shipping is not available. If you enter an undeliverable address or if the tickets are returned unclaimed you will not receive a refund. If the event is canceled you will receive a refund. If the event is postponed, you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event and mail the hard tickets back to Showtime Event Planning, or to the event producer if the event used the PayPal or Eventbrite checkout. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Showtime Event Planning is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Showtime Event Planning will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Showtime Event Planning, you hereby release and forever discharge Showtime Event Planning, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Showtime Event Planning of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
